Yes — we deliver across Bali, including Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Denpasar, Sanur, Ubud, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tabanan, Kerobokan, Umalas and nearby areas. Other areas on request. The delivery fee depends on how long you rent — it's better value on longer rentals, and you'll see the exact price at checkout. Share a Google Maps link when you book so the driver knows where to go.
Yes — a refundable deposit is held during the rental and returned when you bring the bike back in good condition. The amount depends on the model, and you'll see it at checkout.
Yes, optionally. You can add theft protection and/or damage protection at checkout. The price depends on the coverage level you choose and your rider profile (age and riding experience) — you'll see the exact price at checkout.
Yes — just message us before your current rental ends. You pay for the extension by the end of the current period.
No minimum and no maximum — rent from a single day to as long as you like.
Just a photo of your passport — nothing else.
There's no online payment. You pay when the bike is delivered or handed over. Booking online simply reserves your bike and sends your request to our team.
Every bike comes with 2 helmets free. You can upgrade either slot to a KYT full-face helmet, or to a brand-new KYT half-face or full-face helmet, from Rp 150,000 (Rp 200,000 for the new full-face). A rear top box for a passenger is available for Rp 200,000. Just pick what you need at checkout.
