Do you deliver the bike?
Yes — we deliver across the main tourist areas near Denpasar: Bukit, Canggu, Seseh, Ubud, Denpasar, Sanur and nearby. Other areas on request. The delivery fee depends on how long you rent — it's better value on longer rentals, and you'll see the exact price at checkout. Share a Google Maps link when you book so the driver knows where to go.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — a refundable deposit is held during the rental and returned when you bring the bike back in good condition. The amount depends on the model, and you'll see it at checkout.
Is insurance available?
Yes, optionally. You can add theft protection and/or damage protection at checkout. The price depends on the coverage level you choose and your rider profile (age and riding experience) — you'll see the exact price at checkout.
