Do you deliver the bike?
Yes — we deliver across Bali, including Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Denpasar, Sanur, Ubud, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tabanan, Kerobokan, Umalas and nearby areas. Other areas on request. The delivery fee depends on how long you rent — it's better value on longer rentals, and you'll see the exact price at checkout. Share a Google Maps link when you book so the driver knows where to go.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — a refundable deposit is held during the rental and returned when you bring the bike back in good condition. The amount depends on the model, and you'll see it at checkout.
Is insurance available?
Yes, optionally. You can add theft protection and/or damage protection at checkout. The price depends on the coverage level you choose and your rider profile (age and riding experience) — you'll see the exact price at checkout.

Many thanks to the BBR team for a great experience, from the reservation till the return of the bike. I was looking for a 250cc with top case and side cases and they had V-Strom 250. Bike was recent and in good condition. Price benchmark was good also. The bike was delivered and picked up to our place. At some point the clutch cable disconnected itself from the lever, making the bike unusable. They were very reactive to provide a similar bike (Versys 250) within 2 hours and returned the V-Strom the next day. All along the interaction was courteous and professional, with short response time and the staff that came home was friendly. I do recommend BBR and will get back in touch with them at my next trip.
Always a great experience, any issues are resolved literally within a few hours which is no doubt the best service I've had in Bali. The response from the team is so fast and they're there to help in an instant. Also the best bikes, colours and everything for such great prices. I highly recommend!!!

Thank you so much for the bikes! We rented for a week — clean, fueled up, full kit (helmet, raincoat, cover). The owner was always reachable (good thing we never actually needed help). We left a deposit and got the whole thing back, no issues or disputes at all! Delivery service too! I recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely use you again when I come back.
